退換貨政策

由於水果為新鮮易腐食品,為保障您的權益,敬請詳閱以下事項:

如貨品出現下列問題,均可在收貨6小時內,要求換貨或退貨:

  • 本店出貨產品與顧客閣下訂購之貨品有出入(需詳細及合理地列明不同之處,包括提供相片或影片);
  • 或 其他非閣下人為所造成水果的大範圍損傷

如收到貨品後發現有上述情況,請務必拍照或錄影,並在收貨後6小時內與本店聯絡,如超過6小時,本公司有權拒絕退換。

如不符合以上所列事頂,訂購貨品出門後一概不接受退換貨安排。

仼何下列情況,均不接受退換貨安排:

  • 生果損毀為顧客人為造成(包括但不限於:跌爛、手指壓傷、變壞等等) 
  • 閣下主觀對生果產品的感受(包括但不限於:香味、大小、甜度、色澤、口感、味道等) 
  • 貨品到貨後,未跟本店建議方式儲存(包括但不限於:建議存放環境、建議存放溫度)所導致任何訂購的生果變質變壞
  • 顧客閣下訂購的生果已食用(包括但不限於:已清洗、切開、食用等)

敬請所有顧客於訂購前詳閱以上退換貨須知。

如需退換貨品,請保留原有貨品的完整包裝,並確保貨品完整及未經使用。

*Refund & Return Policy*
Because our products are fresh and perishable (including fruit and chilled meat), please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

*1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange*
You may request a return or exchange within 6 hours of delivery if any of the following issues occur:

The products delivered are different from your order

For example: wrong item, wrong quantity, wrong specification.
You must clearly describe the differences and provide clear photos or videos as evidence.
The products have suffered significant damage not caused by you

For example: large‑area bruising, serious spoilage upon opening the box.
If you notice any of the above issues, please:

Take photos or videos of the products immediately upon receipt, and
Contact us within 6 hours after delivery.
If we do not receive your request and supporting evidence within 6 hours, JapJapBox reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

If the situation does not meet the conditions listed above, all orders are considered final and non‑refundable once the products have left our facility.

*2. Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Accepted*
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any of the following circumstances:

1. Damage caused by the customer (Including but not limited to: dropping the product, crushing, improper handling, etc.)
2. Subjective preferences regarding product quality (Including but not limited to: personal opinions on aroma, size, sweetness, colour, texture, taste, etc.) 
3. Improper storage after delivery, If the products deteriorate because storage instructions were not followed, including but not limited to: Recommended storage environment (e.g. keep refrigerated / keep chilled / keep in a cool and dry place/ recommended storage temperature) 
5. Products have already been consumed or handled (Including but not limited to: washed, cut, cooked, partially or fully consumed.)

Please ensure you read and understand this policy before placing an order.

*3. Condition of Products for Return or Exchange*
If a return or exchange is approved:

Please keep the original packaging, ensure the products are complete and not further used or damaged, and follow the instructions provided by our customer service team on how to return or dispose of the products.

*4. Product Images and Descriptions*
All product photos on our website are for reference only.
Actual products may vary in size, colour and appearance due to seasonal and natural variations.

*5. Final Decision*
For all matters relating to returns and exchanges, JapJapBox reserves the right of final decision, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
